Ramadhan datang lagi

aku bersyukur
kerana sempat berjumpa dengannya
bulan Ramadhan

Selamat datang penghulu segala bulan
kedatanganmu kami nantikan sekian lama
bulan yang dipenuhi barakah
Rahmat Allah melimpah ruah

Ya sharil Ramadhan
Ahlan wa sahlan!

poetry.com a fraud?

I wrote an entry regarding a website which digs out amateur's pocket money. It is called poetry.com. Many claims it is a fraud website so on and so forth but until now, no legal has been taken against them (source: Wikipedia). Well, perhaps the amateur poets have no money left to pay a solicitor. I was having a good time while reading this poem which tells about poetry.com's fraud and they still send out letter to him saying that his poem deserves a recognition. How can you say you select a poetry which being cynical to you? Well, so to say, the book arrives unexpectedly. I'm glad it arrived. My $55 is not wasted just like that anyway. Folks, do comment on my entry. Cheers~

he is muhammad haji salleh

he is extraordinary
he likes small letters
he is humble
but he is big
he goes abroad
and he knows the real root of his own race

he loves nature
he is down to earth
he is family man
he is a laureate
he knows languages
he is a genius

he is muhammad haji salleh
and he is my favourite poet ever.

Workshop at MARJON this Sunday

I received an email from Dienka, regarding a workshop in MARJON. Here it goes:

Dienka just spoke to David Oddie from Marjon, who runs the ARROW programme, an arts project that helps to link up young people from around the world who want to use the arts for conflict resolution. As part of this, some young people from South Africa are coming to Plymouth to meet young people from Stoke Dammerel school to do some workshops in singing and mask making. He would also like some other young people to get involved so would you like to come along? Its is this Sunday 10am-5pm at the drama studio at Marjon. It would be great if you could come, David is in all day tomorrow if you want to ask him anything about itn (he's in the drama department) or you can ring Dienka.

I want to prove something with this blog

Dienka told me that I can use my blog for the project and will get a certificate for that. I want to do it I guess. I think this is the best time since next year (particularly in February) I'm going to get busy with my assignments and stuffs. For further story, read 'I am a pundit blogger'.
